Golden grasslands, undulating sand dunes, untamed coastlines, rolling vineyards, verdant forests and white sand beaches. Whatever your style and vision for your wedding, there’s an African destination as unique as the love you have for your partner.

While a destination wedding is the perfect way to start your married life off on an adventurous note, coordinating logistics in a far-flung location can be challenging. Whether you dream of saying ‘I do’ in a bush, beach, or vineyard setting, we can create a bespoke wedding package for your big day.

We have a network of experienced wedding planners at each of our destinations. What’s more, we can arrange accommodation and activities for you and your guests around your special day.

WeddingsWinelands weddings

The Cape Winelands’ postcard-perfect vistas are the perfect backdrop for a wedding ceremony. Poplar forests, rose-covered pergolas in English-style gardens and floating platforms on serene lakes are just some of the locations where lovers can wed in the winelands.

With gorgeous venues, well-established infrastructure and plenty of accommodation options, the Cape Winelands is a top choice for a destination wedding.

WeddingsBeach weddings

Sink your feet in the sand, feel the sun on your face and listen to the waves lapping the shore as you walk down the aisle. From secluded coves on Indian Ocean islands to pristine Blue Flag Beaches in Cape Town, an oceanfront wedding is perfect for an unfussy union.

Mauritius, Zanzibar, Maldives, Seychelles or Mozambique are great for private-island affairs, while Cape Town offers the best of sea and city for you and your guests.

WeddingsBush weddings

There are few wedding locations that can compete with the spectacular and unique beauty of the African bush. Here, wild spaces and endless skies far from the hustle and bustle of daily life allow you and your beloved to connect on a new level as you say ‘I do’.

Whether you marry in South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe or Kenya, all of your bush wedding logistics will be completely taken care of – right down to the safari honeymoon.

Destination Wedding in Masai Mara, Kenya, Africa

I’ll never forget Brittany’s first email to me about her destination wedding. The destination wedding where she & Ray didn’t have a set destination. She loved my work & floated ideas like a European destination wedding, something in the United Kingdom, Iceland or perhaps a place with tropical weather. This was an especially unique situation that I found myself in, so I took a shot at my own suggestion. A country & place I have fallen deeply in love with due to it’s people, landscape & wildlife: Africa. Having been to South Africa then Kenya shortly thereafter, which left a permanent positive impact on my life, I sent her my idea: What if you got married in the Masai Mara, Kenya amongst the wildlife. To my complete surprise, the plan began formulating & quickly materialized. The next thing I knew, after multiple plane flights from New York to Nairobi then a final hopper to the plains of the Masai Mara.

Their wedding day was not your typical wedding timeline. Game drives in Africa begin before sunrise as to catch the incredible light show you receive out in the wilderness as well as animals being more active during the cooler temperatures of early morning. My alarm triggered around 5:30am and by 6am we were loaded in the truck & on our way for some unforgettable portraits. Quite literally choosing the exact sunrise location we would capture photos of Brittany & Ray, I spotted my favorite feature of Africa safaris; the lone tree. After some one-of-a-kind portraits, we headed back for the midday break & reunited shortly before sunset. A ceremony was planned by the locals & the two were wed. To cap this dream off, a spectacular storm in the distance rolled in far enough away to keep us dry but while also delivering an unreal show of sunset light & clouds.
